Following preparatory and analytical work conducted by UN agencies and key partners in each country, in-country discussions between national governments and partners took place to review national strategies and initiatives impacting child wasting. A core set of ambitious yet feasible priority actions with support from UN agencies, civil society, donors, academics and private sector partners were defined as part of each country roadmaps for actions.
